Uhhh...isn't it the small restaurant that Roland likes and mentions once or twice while talking with Angela or Gebura? So uhh...what's so weird about it? To me it just sounds like a small detail with not much of a
huge significance to the story or characters (which is alright), other than being liked and approved by Roland aswell as him describing it as something of a "positive change" when chatting with Gebura about the backstreets and telling Angela he might take her there to taste the food and see how good it is after they get out of the Library. I don't see much to discuss about this honestly, just a restaurant with supposedly good, expensive food and positive feedback from Roland.
