For wedge office, try taking philip down first, then pamela/oscar and leave pameli last, for el angel felipe, try using someone with high defensive dice to stagger him first scene then attack at the second scene, he might have been staggered at this point, but if he isn't try to stagger through his attacks.
And by the way, most fights with 2 dice or higher are bugged, so they are kind of easier now if you want to.
Olga and Salvador are good, I highly recommend farming and adding Sayo because her single target dps is unreal. Walter is one of my personal favorites, because by adding him you can have him tank most attacks, while the other 3 can focus on pure offense, with few defensive cards just in case they absolutely have to take hits.
Speaking of defensive cards, I recommend using block dice wherever you can since they're just way too strong compared to all other dice types. You'll always win regardless of what happens when you throw out block dice.
Here are some defensive cards I recommend:
Cumulus Wall (kurokumo clan): This card is ridiculously strong, and I'm surprised no one talks about it.
Zzzzap (gaze office): This card is a stronger, more defensive upgrade to cumulus wall.
Scattering Slash (kurokumo clan): I'm not a big fan of this one, but it provide immediate -3 to all damage taken for the rest of the turn on use, which makes it pretty good if you know you're going to take a lot of small hits at once.
Moving on, I guess I'll talk about basic strats for those fights:
Musicians of Bremen:
You should consider these guys an upgraded full stop office, cause they are. Play defensively for the first few turns because they run out of juice VERY quick, and focus MuMu because he'll run out of gas first, and he's also the biggest threat.
Wait until a single one of them uses a weak, easy page to clash, which will eventually happen, and then completely rush that person for that turn.
They also have a passive where if they hit you with a blunt attack, they'll inflict fragile on a random unit the turn after. So if you really want, you can specifically clash with just their blunt attacks.
They're also all weak to slash, if I remember correctly, so Sayo will destroy them. Olga will do well too because they only use blunt attacks, which Olga is strong against.
Wedge Office:
The fun fight. For this fight, I rushed down philip first because he escapes the fight early, which means his hp is lower than it looks.
Walter can easily tank most of what Oscar does with just cumulus wall or zap.
Ignore the twins when they use Collision, because if you let them win the clash then they'll be able to gain all their light back. If you do ignore them, they'll be at 1 light the next turn, which makes them pretty much sitting ducks.
Kill Oscar last, and try to stagger him the exact turn you trigger his unkillable passive, so he doesn't gain anything from it.
Philip Boss Fight:
Rush to stagger him on turn 2 or turn 3, with turn 3 being preferred. What I did to brutally and brainlessly destroy Philip was to have every single person target his right most dice with everything and then hope for the best.
Stack up as many bleeds as you can because that makes this fight trivial, so you'll need Sayo. Keep up as much light as you can by using a strong 2 cost or 3 cost card paired with a light recovery card. Save your strongest cards for when he's staggered, and once he's staggered, try your best to finish him off.
Also keep in mind he escapes again at 10 hp so you don't even have to kill him.
Hope this helps
Having double dice on everyone is extremely important, it lets you push out damage and a secondary card (usually a +light or +draw card) simultaneously.
Since you said you beat Kurokumo clan, I'd advise you to use a Sayo, Olga and Salvador for the Bremen fight.
Olga is generally good at pushing damage in general.
Salvador is good at getting staggers pretty fast and has decent damage on top.
Sayo has insane DPS in general with the right deck and is genuinely one of the best pages at the moment.
Bremen have 2 fighters with double weakness to Slash so Sayo and even Salvador (who will likely have Dawn Office pages) will push out tons of damage.
Now for Wedge your 4th will be probably a defensive Walter or a burst damage Meow (I'd recommend this just for act 2) I suppose.
In act 1 Philip melts fast so take him out first, then Pamela/Pameli too (who are also weak to slash) and then Oscar I suppose.
Act 2 your main focus is getting him staggered on the turn he actually uses attacks instead of Shield and Eventide since the turn after he goes all out with 5 dice. Once again Sayo pushes out tons of damage because bleed also ignores Blazing Shield, save your strongest cards for when he gets staggered and he melts pretty fast.
