ingame Cursor moving slowly when in combat

maybe it is just me when i tested on a proper PC it run fine with the graphic setting and such
but when it come to my potato PC, i think the main cause would be the animated Background that slow down the animation of the ingame cursor,

it might get annoyed sometime so, i hope it can be fix, or atleast having the setting on low graphic work properly

I had the same problem too, but i changed the resolution to a smaller size which still fit the game in full screen on my computer, and it ran better. Hod's map is the only one that slows me down, because there's a lot happening the background.
