I'd say you can clear the current content within 5 hours or less. I wasn't really trying to rush through either.

The gametime is determined by how much you enjoy the combat and want to experience it. If you wanna just get through to the story, it'll probably be quick since currently the difficulty is piss-easy. Also, make sure that you've played/watched the story from Lobotomy Corporation since this is a direct sequel to that game.

The game will be in English by default, but there are other language options. This game is deceptively long. It always feels like you're less than halfway through, and when you finally feel like you're making progress you've only hit the 1/3 mark. Star of the City (and beyond) is half the game.

I estimate 60 hours minimum.

If you know what you are doing, the game is possible in about 10-15 hours I'd say.
If you don't know what you are doing and the game is 100% blind for you? Easily 60-200+ hours of gameplay.

Workshop gives more to do as well if you manage to beat it, but this game is fairly difficult so most new people will have a very hard time rushing through it.
