Stuck on chamber 11

I know what to do, but I can never press the buttons fast enough. I've tried switching which button I do first, bunnyhopping, etc etc and I'm still stuck.

This one is all about timing and being prepared. you need to press them in order from one to three. heres a quick rundown of what i did
1: go to platform 1 in the future
2: place portals in the future to get from platform 1 to platform 2 quickly
3: place your time portal, hop through, press the button in the past then quickly run through your time portal and future portals to get to platform 2 in the future
3: place another time portal and go through to press the button in the past
4: go back to the future and quickly toss portals to get back to the center platform
5: while on the center platform in the future toss a time portal down and hit the center platform button in the past
I hope my explanation makes sense, it all has to be done in quick succession with little room for error. It still took me a few tries after figuring out the order

My solution was to go to future to get to side rooms, going back to present so that there was a portal from button 1 to button 2 room in the present. (no button hit yet).
Then got to future button 1, and set up portal from button 2 to center area. Create time portal at button 1. At this point, all portals were set up outside the last time portal
When ready: Hit button 1 in present, cross present portal to button 2 cross time portal to future, portal through to center, create time portal and cross through, hit button 3 in present. Plenty of time.

I'm fed-up with this chamber. Portal is supposed to be about puzzles, not twitch reflexes.
