Report a translation problem
therefore you are travelling through 2 different dimensions of time
If you hold a tape measure which shows 100 centimeters from 0 to 100, is that 100 dimensions?
they are different points of time in the same dimension
are you saying every second is a different dimension?
but now you go through a portal that basically skips your existence for 99 years and puts you at a point in your timeline that you shouldn't be at yet. Yes it is connected to your "true" timeline, but it isn't YOUR PART of the "true" timeline. it is your +100 year self's point [which technically doesn't exist since your current self didn't exist for those 99 years :)]. it is a different time to which you are suppose to be in, therefore a different dimension of time
yes the points are part of 1 entire timeline but you are going forward and back from different points. you are travelling in 2 different dimensions through the timeline
So there are no 3 dimensions plus time, because it is the same thing.

Regarding time travel, it is all nonsense and doesn't worth the time even thinking about it, especially about going back in time. Because it brings you to a lot of paradoxes and from that point you can come up with anything like "if you go back in time it creates a new dimension, etc.". Waste of time.
i'm simply saying that we are always living in 4 dimensions but by introducing the ability to travel in another direction through time, it adds another dimension, therefore 5 total dimensions
So if I travel 20km away from my home, "it" will also add another dimension?
you cant step through a door and spontaneously become 20 years older, and at the same time you cant step through a door to 100 years into the future.
this whole "travelling to another point means a new dimension?" or "holding a tape measure and each point is a new dimension?" thing is not what i'm trying to say
