Who is Mark Thompson in "MyRISE" game mode?

There is this reoccurring person always hanging out in most areas of MyRISE , for both the male and female wrestling storyline.

Their name is Mark Thompson and they appear to be a very overweight man with black and pink t-shirt that is way too small. And for some reason, they have access everywhere and feel like they can ask you to do just about anything. Is this a real person, friend of the developers, won a contest? They just seem so out of place.

A super fan who is obviously an upper 40's guy who likely dyes his hair jet black?

Look, I am not trying to diss whoever this is, in real life. I am trying to tread carefully, and knowing who this is supposed to be, would help with that. They are incredibly persistent in "MyRISE" game mode so I would like to know. They don't exist in any other game mode.

Well the garage has that effect on people. Almost every time I was there I was either assaulted or found myself assaulting others.
Maybe they'll one day sell DLCs with various fans of wrestlers instead of only wrestlers.
