Same here. Playing in VR with the Oculus Quest 2 via Air Link if that makes a difference.
EDIT: Same happens in non-vr mode as well.

They are in that location yes. Is that a codec I should be able to download if I don't have it?

Yes, that one worked, while the blue one on the other codec didn't.
So it's a codec issue? The H264 videos play for me in Windows, so I believe I have the codec right? I'll see if maybe I need a newer version or something.
Excellent. I will make a new archive that will contains all videos using MPEG-4. I must admit that this is puzzling... Don't know why it works for me but not others...
