I found Bob's skeleton (in the telescope) but it's not unlocked on my Myst page.

A failure for this achievement and "Speedy" are known issues.

"Bob" didn't work for me the first time. I did a second try on a fresh run and it still wasn't registering, but by chance I bumped spacebar, opening Camera mode while I was looking at the telescope... and the achievement popped right up. Super weird, and maybe a coincidence.
