Unable to select menu options with Valve Index controllers
I am unable to use my Valve Index controllers to select any of the menu options. I am able to point with the controllers and hover over the options but using the triggers does nothing. I am using the default control bindings that come with the game. Do I need to do something to get this work properly?

FIXED: If you are on a Valve Index, just pull the trigger as hard as you can.

The same with my Samsung Odyssey Plus (WMR, Viveport version).

I "fixed" this. Apparently you really need to squeeze the trigger as hard as you possibly can in order for it to work so that it initiates a "button press" from the trigger. If the developers are reading this thread, please fix this. I nearly refunded the game because I thought it was broken.

This is still a problem. I can't even get the index controllers to point at the initial menu.

... and for the HP Reverb G2 either!
I´m a huge fan of all Myst titles since they started and was so happy playing the games (the other titles as well) in VR mode. But now i`m very disappointed due to the "non-appearence" of the HP Controllers. Please fix it finally!!!!

You may need to use custom bindings instead of the default, but definitely had the same problem with Vive

I can't hover or select the menu to start a game on my Vive. Can't play the game at all.
Well that is a bummer to read this. I was about to pull the trigger on this (no pun intended) but seeing as the controllers dont work properly I guess I will take a pass. Especially seeing as this is an unaddressed existing issue.

Finally got it working, just needed to update my graphics driver to the latest release. They mention that somewhere in the documentation, and it worked!

I am genuinely curious how updated graphics drivers would help with the Index controllers.

Just a guess here, but maybe they use a compute pass in a shader to work some magic behind the scenes. Shaders can do all sorts of magic, someone built an entire Linux distro to run right off a GPU. Now, whether it's any faster than running on a CPU depends on what type of data you're processing, but finding distances and directions between objects is one thing that GPUs are really good at, it's all the matrix/vector calculations they can do per second. So, I'm just guessing her, but I think that might be why.

Sadly it only worked exactly 2-times for me - now it`s gone again.
I`m so disappointed - shame on Cyan etc. ... especially because Obduction works absolutely fine and correct!
