Stuck on day 4, help. please?

So, I'm stuck and I couldn't find the answer on the walkthroughs/videos I've seen.

I have already fixed the roof, and I have with me some tools, a wooden cross and a pan full of... soup? slop? ,

I think I've missed two of the medallions, so I'm pretty sure I can't open the chest anymore.

When I get to the lighthouse, the game won't allow me to interact with the crank, and I can't fill the oil canister because there are no barrels inside the shed, which is full of dirt.

Can anyone help me out?

Propably try after fixing the roof, go back to the house, grab the last meddalion that is laying next to dead seagull, and put it to the chest.

You can find the oil canisters in the... basement.

This was it!
Apparently my room was too light this morning, so I couldn't see the medallion inside the house. I thought it was supposed to be at the lighthouse.

Good. The basement is still locked, the barrels are still not there. How did you get further from here?

Ok, so you need to 1) fix the roof 2) fix the shelves and 3) clean up all stuff from the floor to advance time all the way to twilight. You don't have to

• Bury the seagull, although you probably have to pick her up.
  
• Mop up the dirty floor.
  
• Enter the house again after fixing and cleaning it (but if the time didn't advance yet, entering the house again may help. Also it's nice in there).
