Hanged Man Achievement

Anyone know how to get it yet? I have all 5 other achievements in the church but I have no clue how to get the last one.

I've been trying to figure this out all night and here's the best I've got. Our final clue is: "Where it all began, meet the restless who hover between life and death - and repentance is coming." In addition, at about 23 seconds into this trailer for the director's cut: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PatRUhX-z0&t=25s we can see what appears to be the lighthouse keeper's spirit/ghost standing in front of the dock (this seems to meet both criteria for the clue). The weather in said video also matches the first flashback during the level "The Day the Previous Keeper Disappeared," after picking up the key from the desk at your house. That said though, the spirit does not appear for me during that section, or at any other point during the game - and I've checked the dock religiously. Either the game is glitched, or there are some VERY specific circumstances under which he'll appear.

I got this achievement! After the prologue, run to the lighthouse and turn on the light there and immediately run to the shore.

I can´t run to the lighthouse, the key is in the house.
I run to the house, pick up the key, run to the lighthouse, the stairs up, pick up the oil can, run down and fill the oil can, back the stairs up, turn the light on and run to the shore.
Nothing, no achievement

I run to the house, pick up the key, run to the lighthouse, the stairs up, pick up the oil can, run down and fill the oil can, back the stairs up, turn the light on and run to the shore.

Try to take all the items with you: oil, a cross, and a lantern. I need to check everything again in order to say exactly what to take.

Here's what worked for me:

1. Pick up the suitcase, go to the cabin, and place the medallion.
2. Pick up the key and go the lighthouse.
3. Pick up the lantern and then go upstairs and pick up the oil can.
4. Go downstairs and fill the oil can; go upstairs again and turn the light on (don't use the crank).
5. Step out on the balcony.
6. Get out of the lighthouse and head for the shore.
7. Approach the ghost at the dock (he can be seen from above once you're out of the lighthouse).
