Economy stalls around 30-35 people. With everyone running generators, O2 plants, and carb farms there is no one left for expeditions or resource harvesting. I have one outpost that I shut down to bring the four persons there back to the central hub. I am shutting off lights, and resource extraction trying to free up 2-3 personnel to move between coal, concrete, and alloy production. Trying to go out for some copper or aluminum for the advance buildings, but to far away from lights. What is everyone...

I get the feeling I probably already have my answer, based on reviews. Visually/aesthetically the games looks like pure crack for me. I've had this game on my wishlist for like 2 years, and am always chased away by the reviews. Still, when I'm on the store page I am always being seduced by the imagery. I scroll down to the reviews each time, checking to see if sentiment has changed. It does not seem to have changed much. I wish the game would go on sale not for $13, but for like $5-6 given its issues...

So I have my first outpost. I have connected tunnels and power cables from A to B. A has 15 extra power. B has two living quarters that show no power. Everything has power lines connecting it. Are A and B separated even though they're connected?...

Do power cables decay over time? I've spent a LOT of steel replacing missing bits of cables along the same well-lit run between my main station and my first outpost.
