I got Epic Defender with 48.5k points and it took like 400 hours. The problem is you can't do these three - 2500x defends / 10k DDT / 2000x piece of land - at the same time, so you must spend hundreds of hours for every one of them. 10k DDT took me like 100-120 hours.

Epic Defender
Win 20 CT
Capture 2000 tiles
Pop 10k DDTs.

Epic Defender is mainly just rng whether someone gets you and on top of that they have to want to keep revenging your attacks and you keep a streak. It just takes a long time. It's easiest to achieve at level 40 because the players you'll find there are more likely to keep a streak going, and losing is really hard.
Win 20 CT can either be really easy and quick or harder / long depending on your city level. Lower tier = quicker and easier.
Popping 10k DDTs is really easy but boring and repetitive. The way I did it was go into track replay, select the 2 totem map jungle terrain, and have the camo craziness modifier. It should give you over 100 DDTs per attempt and you can just pause and restart without winning to farm it. At level 40 it should have 40 rounds, DDT modifier might be better. I don't know because I got the achievement before selecting the modifier worked.
Steeley is easy at level 40 just make a regrow farm on regrow leads. If you don't know how, I can help you.
Capture 2000 tiles can be time consuming but if you only care about the achievements and not the game you can spend bloonstones to recharge the bloon beacon so that tiles are shorter and faster.

I also recommend if you do want all achievements, passively accumulate progress before farming.

If you do as they say here you'll average about 1% of the achievement per game. I've heard from others that it's best to play the totem map on impoppable as a DDT mission instead of camo craziness, but maybe this works too.

I just tried it.
I counted 115 with DDT and 98 with Camo Craziness. This was only 1 attempt each.
There is a min and max of how many DDTs show up, and knowing the average DDTs on each modifier would help.
Tbh I think they're probably the same. maybe I got lucky with ddt today or maybe that is average.
DDT may be better.

Honestly DDT is better. Not because of the amount of DDTs but sometimes if you forget to do the bloon beacon, the beacon glitch can affect the map and make camo craziness nearly impossible to finish. From my testing DDT and Camo Craziness essentially gives more than 100 DDTs for each attempt and its personal preference which one you should choose. I did most on Camo Craziness but found it easier to do it on DDT instead. Accidentally triggering monekys from space from the beacon glitch is one of the most annoying things to encounter when farming this achievement.
