Building on certain tiles

It seems i can't place a banana farm on a volcano tile even though the place is big enough, with nothing the way. Is this a bug or a feature?

Could you screenshot where you're trying to place the Banana farm?

Banana farms require a 2x2 gridspace of tiles, all tiles not being a water or river tile.

None of those tiles can be a Volcano tile, either. It's a feature.

move your other 1x1 buildings onto the volcano tile and place the banana farm there. no need to capture more tiles just so you can build banana farm.

i have the space needed, i just wanted to line up all of them together, this is my third one
