Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we've had regarding the Steam version of Bloons Monkey City:


Q: Can I sync my game data between the Steam version and my mobile device?
A: Yes! All you need to do is log in using the same account you use on your mobile device!
You can also sync your data by using a linking code from your mobile account (settings>profile>"Get a Linking Code"), then entering that when you're prompted to log in on Steam.
Any problems with that, then please contact us here[support.ninjakiwi.com] and our support team will be happy to help you out!

Q: Are there any hotkeys available in the Steam version of BMC?
A: Yes, as long as your tower placement option is set to "Click & Drop. A full list of hotkeys can be found below:

• W -> Tack Shooter
  
• E -> Sniper
  
• R -> Boomerang Thrower

• Backspace or Delete -> Sell the active tower

is there a way to switch off of having to drag towers to their desired locations so that we can just click the tower then click the location?

Q: Hey, why can't I seem to click anything? I can't progress at all because nothing's working!
A: The game doesn't play friendly with ultrawide resolutions yet. Set it to just widescreen or even 4:3 and everything works!

I tried this version yesterday, and immediately deleted it when Q did not work.

Only today decided to actually google for hotkeys and found this.

Therefore, I suggest to make these controls default.

Still annoying that in city view it is still broken, but unlike hotkey issue that is not a blocker.

It is unpleasant that tower selection is locked once one is pressed, and need to use esc before next hotkey.

Yes please. Sometimes the click-drag is unresponsive.

TAB also changes targetting option for towers from first -> last -> close ->strong

can we get a Click and Drop option for buildings in the city? always having to click and drag is very unnatural and annoying on PC. maybe add right click for building info, as left clicking currently does that

This is part of general issue that hover does not do anything. In ninjakiwi version of this game much of interface was designed with that.

srsly pressing the hotkey again should deselect the tower. basic QoL... did you guys even test this on PC?
