Every AAA game flops nowadays... Plagued by laziness and greed
the only good games coming out nowadays are indie games...
i hate that this is true, hell you can look at most indie games, like 20 mintues till dawn
Deep Rock Galactic.
Ultrakill. ( developed by one person I think )
A Hat in Time.
Those games have so much effort and love put into them. You can really feel the passion of those games...
But nowadays, AAA games don't feel that good anymore.
Back then, in the 1993-2009 era, videogames weren't really the norm, so people felt really proud when they made stuff, and there wasn't exactly huge companies dedicated to this kind of stuff either.
When DOOM was made, it was a huge success. I mean, seriously, it sold more copies than the windows 95 operating system at the time... But after that huge success, John Romero really felt like he could do anything. And then made Daikatana, one of the biggest flops in gaming of all time.
This same idea applies to almost all AAA companies making games nowadays, but with a tinge of greed, laziness, and etc. And it's honestly just so saddening to see this happening.
The depressing truth is simple, but harsh. AAA companies aren't making games for fun, or caring for their fanbases... Even if it sucks ass, they'll still make it if people buy it...
My name is Ryxis, and this was my TED Talk.
Game is good but lack of content.
And plz forget about multiplayer invasion.
