Unusual fps drop with High textures and above
I have a laptop with a 10th gen i7 and an RTX 2060 running on the latest drivers. I have played over 25 hours of this game on Very high settings and High textures and now DLSS, and one issue I have recently figured out, is that in some areas of the game, the fps behaves unusually.

For example in the area outside Hangar 2 in Karl's Bay, what would happen is, if stand still I will get 85 fps, but the moment i start moving the camera, the fps will start dropping and the longer I continue moving the camera left and right, the worse the fps gets. It goes down to as low as 45 fps but once I stop moving the camera, the fps goes back up again and from this point on whenever I look towards any open area with few enemies, the my fps would just stutter massively while moving the camera, while standing still would have no issues.

I am already aware that in some areas I do get CPU limited while fps drops to 60 or below, but there are other areas where the fps is actually really high, but the moment i move the camera, the fps starts plummeting and my GPU usages drops really low. Funny thing is, all of this happens in High textures and above, in Low textures, it's all good, I get no drops what so ever.

I figured this issue yesterday, now I don't know if it was always there or whether this issue arrived after the latest update or whether it is the driver or my laptop. Temps wise, I get no thermal throttling whatsoever. CPU hovers around 80C and GPU around 73C.

I tried to see some videos online to see if anyone is facing anything similar but haven't been able to pinpoint anything. I mean, I definitely don't expect someone to stand in once place and move the camera left and right. Thing is, even if I don't do that, if I ever come across an area where the fps is genuinely dropping below 60 due to CPU limitations even then, I start getting this issue.

Have you been keeping an eye on your VRAM usage.

Yup I have, it always hovers around 5300mb or max 5500mb, so it definitely doesn't tap my 6g limit. That's why I find it strange, I do have Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling enabled in windows, maybe I will try disabling that to see if the issue persists.
