Karl's Bay Hidden Character (spoilers)

The Pick Rexly side mission was pretty cool ngl. Cool that Colt and Julianna aren't the only ones. Anyone else find this yet?

Yeah, it was very cool, like a lot of hidden quests in the game. Today I found a really nice thing that I missed in my first playthrough.

There is a quest at Updaam afternoon, an ambush by a snipers team, we get the legendary sniper with this one. Well, today I found a house relatively well hidden in the city at noon with three of those snipers and a drawing of the trap plot in a blackboard.

...and even more hilarious, I killed Charlie with my sniper from one of its windows, an amazing shot.

You can actually snipe Charlie right outside the Candy Shop, pretty cool detail. I've been trying to see if you can snipe other visionaires for a quick cheese but other than the last mansion that would need a lot of positioning, haven't find anything else.
