Each map has the Gideon Fry booths. To get the code, head to Fristad Rock in the afternoon; it's when Fia is available as a target.

Somehere in the bunker, there is a room that has one of the machines borken up, and the code is on a whiteboard close by. Remember this number since it won't be logged. Then head over to any of those booths, and use it. Once you do, it will be saved, and you can quick enter the code for any of the booths in the game.

The one in Updaam is in front of the Library. Do note that you have to make the order at least 1 time period prior to when you need it. You can order it from any location to any other, but what you order only appears in the next time period or onward at the location you chose.

Edit: If you are curious as to what you can order, there are 4 items; Battery, Crank wheel, Turret, Nullifier. I don't think that ever changes.
