Where is Franks body when you kill him with the fireworks display?

I want to take his residium but i can't find the body in updaam

He dies off-screen so I guess that's the point?
When he uses the fireworks he's at another point outside of the map most likely, since at Evening there is one map that is not allowed to enter for you.

He isn't in updaam, the entire point if you even paid attention is that he sets off the fireworks in the map you normally find him in hence why the map is locked off for you to go to during the evening because he dies off-screen.

i mean...i did pay attention. the little magnifying glass tip in updaam says frank sets off fireworks ever evening. so i assumed he shows up in updaam
