Legendary weapons are inheriently unique, and usually require steps to gain them.
Sniper rifle: Only seen two of this one, both do the 'explode head on headshot'.
Constancy Automatic: Best one I think I've seen is one that does more damage the more times you hit folks buff. It'll disappear eventually. See this on SMGs I think...But anywho, a really good perk for a gun that can literally keep shooting until all of your ammo is gone.
SMG/Dual Pistol: Seen the Quick Transformation, and also gives a 'makes enemies heads explode' perk. The latter is far more useful, but still looking for something...better.
Heritage Gun: The three I've seen have been: Spread shot, focused shot, and Bird Shot (Does increased damage while in the air). For me Spread Shot is the better one, since Focused buckshot...Well. I can transform into slugs for that. And Bird Shot is VERY situational.
I'd think for the Sniper rifle tagging someone increases damage would be best of those you've found. Would be *awesome* if you can get the Heritage Gun with the toxic rounds you see from the trailer (why I keep looking) or the perk from the Rapier that will do explosive rounds....
Strelak Verso: Quick Transformation, Dualist (shares with Heritage Gun): Dealing damage in one mode boosts damage in the other; reload resets buff.
Sepulchra (Sniper rifle): The above listed Longer Steady Aim, Coiled Snake: Deals increased damage the longer the trigger is held down.
Heritage Gun: Inferno (YAY!): Slugs will leave a poison cloud, scattershot can ignite said clouds. REALLY. AWESOME.
Constancy Gun: I haven't noticed anything terribly specific with this gun, it gets Snare, and other stuff from SMG/rifle categories...But nothing I can pick out.
Other perks seem not very usefull to me. Dualist wastes time switching weapon modes; explosive headshots - really?! mark targets on hit is not usefull as Colt since you already know where Juliana is if you are shooting at her, a little bit more usefull as Juliana since it actually alerts NPCs to Colts position, but still bad: Colt is way too fast for them to catch; "Coiled Snake": might be actually super good, but it makes sniping a bit harder for me, which is terrible, combined with the latency and strafing, and i also kinda have no idea how much it increases the damage on fully charged shot.
