Out of nowhere, more and more often

I have always gotten this same crash since the day I got the game, it simply did not happen very often. I have hundreds of hours of gameplay and on occasion I would get this particular crash. Out of nowhere, I have gotten about 5 in the last 12 hours of gameplay. The only hint is that it seems to happen when there's a lot going on at the same time. Heavy firefight with lot's of enemies around, hosing them down with a peppermill and the button held on it, havoc running, complete mayhem. I've no idea why in the world this is happening so often lately. I posted a pic of the error and pasted the crash report. It's all way over my head, I don't even know how to read it
