Nullifiers at the Complex at noon?

OK, I've got my loadout sorted, and I've got all three passwords to the RAK. I'm ready to break the loop. After killing Harriet and sabotaging Frank's fireworks in Karl's Bay in the morning, I went to the Complex to sabotage Egor's thingy to get him to attend Aleksis' party at night. But I couldn't access Egor's control console, because I couldn't find any field nullifiers. Are they just not present at noon?

They are presents in the nearby building with the lasers raising an alarm.

You can also send a delivery of nullifier to complex - noon, wherever you are in the morning ;)

Look inside Egor's lab, i.e. the two-story container structure atop one of the level exits. Go up the ramp, left around the corner, break the window to get inside (or better yet use Shift to avoid the trip lasers that sound the alarm and activate the turrets). There you can find a pile of nullifiers. Just take one and get out, e.g. through the hole in the floor down to the lower floor which also allows you to use the lever and disable to security measures and open the doors so you don't have to jump out of the window.
