the error about AMD driver

my video card：6700xt
it says my driver version below 21.9.1 ,but exactly is the newest,if anyone know how to solve this??

Reinstall 22.6.1 with Clean Install check in the installation options.

i had same issue, it turned out to be stupid driver detection not being able to detect primary gfx card and istead detecting integrated apu.

Once the integrated apu is disabled in BIOS, everything works fine.

I dont have an integrated GPU. But I noticed that if I install the newer non WHQL drivers, the game works, although those drivers have their own issues. So I stopped the game for now and will continue when that is sorted out.

It's November and this issue still persists! This is the only game where it has a problem like this. It was working fine for a while, but now every time I launch it, I get the error and the game hangs. I've tried the optional driver and the latest stable driver and neither works anymore. Seriously Bethesda, fix your game!

For what it's worth, I am on a 6700XT and Ryzen 9 5900X with 32 gigs of ram. Windows 10.

Got the same on a 5700xt. It tells me that i don't have the updated last driver but since the version numbers are now 22Q4 (for the 4th quarter of 2022) it can't be. And it's stubborn and won't start :D

You need to install 22.4.2 for example. Then it will work.

Getting the same error. I have a 6750 XT and using the newest drivers, 23.5.2. I tried reinstalling the drivers but that does not fix the issue. I found somewhere that said to regedit HIKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AMD\CN DriverVersion and clear out the entry but in Windows 11 it gives me an error if I try to save it with no entry. So that doesn't work either. Anyone have a fix that actually works?
