Deathloop worth buying on PC?
I’ve been interested in Deathloop but have been hesitant because of the issues the PC version had at launch. How is the game now and is it worth picking up on PC?

Runs amazing on my system, ultra at 2k. When I say amazing I should be saying as smooth a butter.

Ryzen 9 5900x
3080ti

Game seems solid, unlike Battlefield.

As always, it depends on your personal requirements and the hardware you have. High fps on maxed details, or just fun and don't care?

This game requires good hardware an is a memory eater. And occasional crashes may occur if you're unlucky.

I'm happy with my current settings, runs very good overall, looks good, lots of fun, very few uncritic bugs yet. Had 1 crash in about 40+ hours of gameplay, that's bad.
Recommendable in summary.

I started playing the game again this month after trying it in September and all the issues I faced seem to be non-existent now. Turn your video settings down if you face heavy FPS drops. And yeah it's definitely worth buying now, especially at half the price.

Whut they said, also same. Gotten it today and enjoying it as well.
Really good game, BUT DISABLE ONLINE UNTIL LATER! Getting invaded by much better players while you are on a good loop is not fun.
Otherwise having a blast!

This new trend of no difficulty setting and no saves is really a bad idea for people like me who can't sit for hours trying to get through a level. One difficulty also does not fit all. I am not that good at these games, but not being able to get through a level continuously has taken the fun out of this game for me. Like the game 'Control', It alienates players like me who just want to experience these beautifully crafted worlds. But without the ability to select difficulty settings and manual saves. I'm forced to abandon this game too, Wasted my money...

The game gets easier if you're dying more, it auto adjusts. Also, there's no way levels should take hours - you don't need to do it all at once, just get in, go to a few places or do the objective and get out. Levels should be 30 min - 1 hour at absolute most this way, and it saves between.

Plus you're only ever maybe ~3 minutes from a save, you don't really lose progress by leaving, just come back next loop.

I would of said yes, but the game just keeps crashing with the same error no matter what I do even though it is running perfectly fine fps wise before it crashes. So right now? No. I have a 5800h and 3070. Brand new too.

I bought the game at 50% off. I think the game's is quite interesting so far but it has some performance issue. stuttering is common. it takes a long time to load a scene too. I've a GTX1070 with 32GB RAM and Samsung 980 SSD storage.

It's on discount at 67% off right now at Humble Bundle Store but I want mine DRM free so I'll wait until GOG price matches Humble in the future. I do not pay full price for Bethesda published games.
