Help. The game won't launch

Every time I try to launch the game, I get a void engine message that says " AMD driver detected. version 21.9.1 or newer is recommended". I'm on version 21.10.4. Once I click OK the game just freezes and doesn't run.

Any help would really be appreciated

I had the same issue one hour ago. I went through windows event viewer and found that CoolerMaster process (MPService.exe) was crashed. I ran it manually from this path "C:\Program Files (x86)\CoolerMaster\MasterPlus\MPService.exe" and now the game starts normally.
I don't know how one of CoolerMaster services is related to Deathloop!! However that solved it for me.
If you didn't have any device from MasterCooler, I would advice you to restart your PC, open Event Viewer, start the game, when it crashes go and look for any program that had crashed right before the game, and then try to start it manually.

Didn't see any other application error besides the voidengine warning in the event log

It happened twice after my last post!! and that method didn't work!!
the second time was solved by restarting my PC, and the third time was solved by reinstalling my graphic card driver. I think it was solved by accident in all times. as if the game is f**** with me!

I had to go in to my Anti Virus Programm, Settings, advanced threat defense and set an exception to deathloop.exe. Now the game starts as it should. Before you didn't see that the application started at all.

I can't even get the game to do anything, just runs in the background and never starts...
