2-Bit won't talk to me. Why?

I have the wolf statuette and I'm in front of 2-bit, but nothing happens, after multiple retries. I want to complete the game and give Wenjie what she wants. Any advice?

Have you already done the dialogue encouraging them to stand up for themselves? If you do that, then the option should be available? If that isn't working... uh, is there any dialogue, error messages, or clues you could put up so we can see what might be the case?

Did you put the wolf statue on the marked spot on the desk like it said? I just held it in my hand because at first I didn't realize that I should place it.

I have attempted to talk to 2-bit about 8 times without the option "encouraging them to stand up for themselves." I am not given a spot to place the statue and am now stuck in a loop within Deathloop (irony, no?). What happens now is that I am prompted, 1) Condition Detachment Game Manager with only one option: 2) Evacuate All Personnel from the planet. That's where I'm stuck as this option repeats. I'm still stuck and I'm sure it's me :(

Did you quit the game, relaunch it and try replaying the level.

I did actually, but will try this again. Also, I wonder if me killing Charlie in a previous loop is in 2-Bit's memory and now he's shunning me. Occam's razor restart, it is!

He does, and he tells you directly wen he does. Did you do the rocket thing? Maybe try to do that if you haven't to see if that solves the glitch.

OK, it was a bit convoluted and I'm not sure if I would have ever, ever figured it out without a spoiler search and some hints in this discussion. I did a few more side quests and finally am able to talk to 2-Bit and give him the damn statuette. YAH! Thanks folks
