Low FPS with Low CPU/GPU load

6700HQ + GTX1070 in dorsey square, It's only 40+ fps in some scence ,but cpu / gpu load is about 50-60% , updated driver cant help , poorly optimized.
EDIT: I found that when game is pausing in menu , gpu load will reach to 99% , and fps is rising up to 55-59, very weird.

I installed beta patch that released in Oct 1，My Desktop PC(3700X+2080) runs well , REALLY hope this performance issue is due to Denuvo.

how do we get this beta? also i get huge fps drops when teleporting. also getting real high CPU usage on a 5600x at 1440p

Right click on DEATHLOOP in your Steam Library and select Properties.

Select the “BETAS” option and type in the following beta code: juliannashotme

Click “Check Code”

When the blue box appears, left click it to apply it.

To play on the Beta branch of the game, select “public_beta – Branch for public beta tests” under “Select the beta you would like to opt into:”

Close the properties box and your game should begin downloading the files necessary to play in the beta. The game title should now be called DEATHLOOP [public_beta] in your steam library.

yea not really noticing much of a change high fps with random huge deeps from 130+ to 70-80 in areas like The Complex when you head to underground bunker
