Pre order and Deluxe Edition content

Did any of you guys get the pre-order or deluxe edition content? I've played like 8 hours and haven't received the outfits or trinkets or anything like that. I've checked in the outfits section and tried to change the machete skin but no dice boys

most people from what i've seen are having issues get the pre-order/deluxe content, myself included so we'll probably just have to wait for it to be fixed

Yeah, neither the pre-order skins, nor the Arkane Outsider skin pack are available in the game.

I got the eternalist skin for signing up my account for the thing but none of the pre-order or deluxe content :(
