Infuse Menu Bug

After successfully completing a single morning/afternoon/evening loop I am taken to the loadout menu as usual, however when I try to access the infusion menu I am unable to infuse anything despite having enough infusion points, as there are no infuse prompts or anything. When I try to back out of the Infusion menu the icons remain on screen and overlap with other menu's icons, creating a jumbled mess of visuals. I then have no choice but to force quit the game and restart it again.
This has happened to me twice in a row now. Very frustrating!
