Alkesis & the Meatgrinder
I've killed him using the meatgrinder but now I cant get to the loot he dropped... is there any way to access it?

There is no way to get inside the meat grinder without getting ground up yourself.

The environment kills (drowining, grinded, off a ledge, etc) cost you the loot. It's not that big of a deal - it's mostly just trinkets that you can farm elsewhere.
