Playable on gtx1650?

I play on a laptop with gtx1650 and I know my graphics card doesn't reach the min requirements, but I expected a more stable framerate. Does someone plays with that card and can help my find a good config?

its a BETSHDA game mate ever played one these games befor they known FOR NOT BEING GLITCHY/BROKEN.... bethesda always makes the best games NO SARCASME.

u should go on google and type in this: bethesda games glitchy/bugy and see what pops up. incase whiteknight come and defend this.

I am on 1660 super, FULLHD, locked at 60 FPS and works fine. (Settings mid to low)

Without the 60fps lock it can reach 90 fps, but then horrible stuttering happens.

DRAM is at limit tough, 5 GB needed and 5 GB available.
Don't know if the 1650 with 4gb will be enough

Anyway you should remove vsync, anc at the bottom of the page lock either 60 fps or 30fps.
That's your best bet

I just change refresh rate from 75hz to 60hz just to deal with the stutter problems for the moment used nvidia profile inspector's vsync to cap at 60hz then in game frame limit at 60.
