Who the heck thought Peer to Peer was a good idea for Multiplayer?
It is quite bad to say the least. Holy teleporting.

Each match consists of only 2 players, and they usually don't last that long. It's kind of the only sane way to do it. The code that handles it could use some improvement though.

I thought this was a perfect question for CoD fans. Activision and Call of Duty - a billion dollar franchise that resorts to peer-to-peer. No dedicated servers. Smh. :-P

Wait, seriously? Those matches with a bunch of people that lasts for quite a while are P2P? Wow... Imagine CS:GO doing that.

Haven't touched CoD since BLOPS II :p

I think it's rather pitiful Arkane decided to use P2P for something like this, not everyone has decent internet and all you're doing is making something that should be a fun little challenge a tedious and traumatizing event.

This is how my very first invasion went (as Juliana) :

Spawn in, hear gunshots so I turn to check them out.

Jump onto a rooftop, see cole in the distance but he is TELEPORTING around the place!

He saw me, I took a few shots, he teleported out of my line of sight and all of a sudden I get stabbed from behind lol.

Almost uninstalled the game after that.

Peer to peer is the best idea for this game, servers would make absolutely no sense in a game like this.

Just because the online isn't good doesn't mean peer to peer is bad.

CoD has awful delays between players, like 3-5 second delays between a action and a reaction.

Like go play Planetside 2 and get killed behind cover quite constantly in big battles.
