Hey, just in case, you should go into setting, and set your controls to default. Then it will be the "b" key.

It's useful to bind more keys, each with a different amount of money. Donating three grand in 50 pound bills takes a while.
One of the ways to set a different amount of cash is to type "set input <key> tosscash <amount>" in the console, e.g. "set input y tosscash 1" to be able to spray money all over the place, throw it to inaccessible locations and pee players off. You can also set the amount to a ridiculously high number to be able to throw everything at once (useful on Pat wave).

Based on the fact that you don't know, I suggest you look at all of the controls in the settings menu, just so you know them all and what your character can do.
