I mean, I get it, during winter you can't do much, but seriously trees?! We not implement some cool plants that gets harvested in ice and snow...
Next season I wanna see DLC with missing crops & animals ;)
While I agree that giants isn't making the smartest move by focusing on trees when everything else, the core of the game, is still broken... Forestry has actually been a very large part of farming and agriculture in general for most of human history.
Before you have a field, you have bushes, shrubs, rocks, and trees in the way. Sometimes an entire forest, or the edge of one, is right where a field needed to be. So, historically, farmers next to forests would typically do a lot of logging due to necessity and profit, both in the modern era and going back thousands of years.
So forestry isn't as out of place as it might seem. Still though, this game needs serious work, FS19 worked a lot better.
- A humble gamer
