In Steam, right click on the game, select properties, go to local files tab and press verify integrity of game files.
if that dont work try this:
Go to Documents, My Game, Farming Simulator 22 and delete shader_cache folder and start up the game in a new game save with ingame map and just walk around so the shader_cache folder can rebuild
use TAA if you want a clean image but your FPS will be much lower
Edit: I pay my own power bill. It's quite a hit on a standard economy here.
I use DLSS Quality setting. It reduces the amount of power needed by more than 100W. My GPU can handle itself without DLSS in 4k, but other measures are in place.
So: Keep your guesses to yourself.
Or maybe you've already solved :D
