Can't connect to main server list

When I press Join It tells me Can['t connect to server, I can't even see the servers list.,. What's going on ? I've tried several times.

There are currently problems connecting to the Multiplayer.
This seems to be a problem with Steam Services, outside of our control, all other platforms do not seem affected so GIANTS, Epic Games or consoles should be able to join Multiplayer without issues.

If it only happens with one game, how is that a steam problem?
