With a little search I found the following hint: maybe the game could not place one (or more) vehicle(-s) do tue missing/wrong location data in vehicles.xml.

I could read, some people can check the vehicles.xml if everything is right. I cannot - or better: I never tried it.
Main problem is, this error do not mention the vehicle .. bad.
In your case I would make a copy from this savegame, play with the copy and relocate all vehicles via the ingame relocating function.

I have no other solution/advice now.
