Running 23 Mods currently and did see a drop to about 64 for a few seconds when courseplay and autodrive were trying to figure things out.
Oddly enough, I checked and was never using more than 10-15% CPU and ~25-30% GPU even when the frames dropped a bit. Honestly, if I didn't have the FPS counter on at the time, I wouldn't have even noticed. I think any problems like that lie with the games engine rather than your hardware, for the most part.
But the engine will cause stutters anyway, it really doesn't matter how powerful your system is, it will still have some lag. They aren't "game breaking" or anything, just little stutters here and there (normally when you tab between vehicles or something). I mean the game has an issue on initial launch where you will get lag anyway so it is deffo the engine causing most of these not the hardware it is running on.
I have a i9 9900k with a 3070ti, I mean I started running this game absolutely fine on a 1070ti (admittedly that was on a 1080p monitor), so I wouldn't go out and buy a high end card for this game. I bought my 3070ti to play Microsoft Flight Simulator.
I rest my case lol
Well if you have already decided why bother asking people for their opinions?
