With all the mods that take place within this game. Why is there not a way to process your cows, chickens, sheep, pigs into food products? That would have been considered basic level to me. Its part of the cycle. I know you can raise beef cattle and sell them on but why can't you get a factory that you process it into the meat and then sell that.

Well, you can always sell your animals. There is just no Production chains for the meat in the Base game. There are Mods for it though as was pointed out above.

To keep the age rating for the game, Giants can't include certain production in the game, such as meat processing and brewing. (I mean, nobody thinks that it's actually grape juice being made in the grape processing plant, it's wine)

I had to laugh when I saw one of the mod maps has a production of "Barley juice".
