Cant find key activation on my game nor the bill.

If I check on manage files on the library I cant see the key activation.

If you bought it within Steam there is no need for a/the key as it is automagically added to your "Library".

If you bought it elsewhere, follow their guides and check your account for the procedure.

I bought all my games from Steam. But I need the key for Giants because they ask me the key with the bill for asking support.

If you bought the game on steam, you have it in your steam game library. You will be unable to download the game from giants using the purchase from steam. (Someone correct me if wrong).

I have the same problem the other way round: I bought the game from Giants, have the activation-code but can't activate it on Steam, only stand-alone!

No its the first time. Steam dont kive us the activation key nor the option. I need the key for Giants because its requested. So I need to contact Giants because its impossible to connect on a server in multiplayer. on fs22.

they always ask for the key so they can help out but this is a steam problem not for giants OP did not buy it on giants eshop if there are a problem here then its steam support that is gonan help out

I don't think we get an activation key on when bought on steam. The closest thing we get is probably an ordernumber or something. Which Pixelcow already said how to find.

I just tested to send a support ticket using their official website without providing any key or purchase ID and according to the site it went successfully.

So are they replying to you requiring a key to help you further?
