If you don't wear a headset and don't want a wear a hat, the Tobii is the next choice. Not quite as good but works.
Both are fine, the Tobii head tracking has a lag delay to it you cannot get rid of because it doesn't have the IR tracking the TrackIR uses. The eye tracking is immersive in stuff like space/flight/truck sims, but isn't really used in this game as it isn't really a true simulator, especially inside the first person modes.
Head tracking is only in first person both in this and most games.
Eye tracking in this is only first person and hit or miss in other games.
