Selling wood beams and auto loading

Has anyone been able to use the auto load trailer for planks? It works for other items like sugar, flour, etc. also i can’t find where to make the wood beams that the sawmill makes.

You're using the Pallet Autoloader or Universal Autoload?
They should both work with platinum products.

If you have the platinum expansion it should be under production buildings, you can see on the right the input and output materials for the selected building.

There is a couple of different types of beams IIRC One goes to the barrel maker, and the other goes to the fine furniture(I think) Maybe it is the art store. I only make barrels on my map, so I can't actually check till I am farming.

If you are not playing on the silverrun forest map, you will have to put down your own sawmill if you want to make beams. The basegame sawmill only makes planks to supply the base game carpentry shop(and pianos). The sawmill should be in productions menu with platinum expansion under the title. There are also modded ones from the modhub.

I use universal autoload and it works fine, but wood beams load a little funny onto the trailer.

Universal autoload is one of the autoload trailer mods you can download. As illgib said, pallet autoloader is another one, but I have no experience with it.

i found a trailer that loads the planks, but i see you can't even sell the wood beams anywhere, there is no selling point.

If you aren't playing on silverrun forest, you will also have to add your own sell point. Depending on what kind of beams you are producing, you can also add a production point to accept those beams.

Some maps will have a place that will accept everything. Some don't. On my current map(umrv), Amazon will buy anything from me.

In the construction menu there are production buildings, and selling points, choose one that accept what you're trying to sell, there should be at least one under Platinum expansion.
If none search for a wholesale mod that accept all products.

What accepts wood beams? I looked earlier and i couldn’t find one.

When you select a building, either production or a selling point, on the right there's a list of icons that tell what's sold, ccepted or produced, if you know what every icon means it shown there.

Silverrun market should take them.

Or, if you wanna see what seling point on the map are accepted, look in the price tab, press space to switch from price fluctuation, and you'll see all the selling points for the selected product.
