crop growing timers

So I started playing this game.
I bought a couple lands, harvested what I could, and wondered what I should plant next.
I want to plan ahead and plant crops that I can sell high but I don't know how many days it takes for each crop to fully grow.
Is there any way to check this or there's only the wiki/whatever info on the internet?

4 Months - Oats, Sorghum
5 Months Potatoes, Grapes, Olives
6 Months - Barley, Soybeans, Corn
7 Months - Wheat, Sunflowers, Sugar-beets, Sugarcane
8 Months - Canola, Cotton
12 Months - Poplar

In the menu there's a calendar that shows when crops can be planted and harvested.

Yup and there is also a sell point list that will show you the current prices, you can even see the price fluctuations so you can predict when the best time to sell your crop will be.

Hint.. it won't be the same season you harvest it.

yeah I already checked that, but I didn't know how many months would it take for each crop

what should I do while I wait for my crops to grow? contracts?
I already spent almost all my money on fields and vehicles/tools

Well, if you plant the first month you're able, you'll be able to harvest the first month too.

That's totally up to you, I mean you can do contracts, you can set up your own course and do time trials to find out which of your equipment is the fastest around it? You could stare blankly at the sky... Make your own relaxing ASMR video walking around your land...
Or you can just skip days...

Also, setting up some animal pens will give you some daily chores.
