Bale Storage Question

SO i just started a new farm and was going to use a bale storage shed i use my grass for silage to get money easily as it sells pretty well. question is will it still ferment hile in a storage building. Might be a silly question but here it is lol

Yes but in my experience it seems to take a bit longer to ferment than it normally would.

If you are a silage seller you may want to look into a silage silo (yes, they are a RL thing). Of course this will give you what amounts to 'loose' silage so you will need an appropriate transport, but it simplifies making silage by removing a few steps (like baling and wrapping).

But, to be fair, adds a few like compressing and scooping up again.
