Steering wheel issues

Yo I need help with steering wheel set up I have thrustmaster T248 and the wheel works just fine when I have deadzone on default I think its 14 but thats anoying and when I switch it to 0 or any small number I can spin my wheel to max and in game wheel spins only little to right or left and than stop can somebody help?
