Cannot be bought glitch

Suddenly the game wont allow any livestock barns to be bought, it just says "Cannot be bought". It doesnt seem to be a terrain issue or anything.

I didn't add any new mods and it was working last time I loaded the game and has just decided to break for absolutely no reason. Anyone had this before?

Just search for More Animal Husbandries Possible (64)
Its name in the mod folder is something like animalLimitIncreaser64
