Why are the ground textures so bland?

I replaced the cultivated and rolled with the Fs19 ones, they were much more better.

theres alot of prefab ground textures on the Modhub. These need to be unzipped and after that you copy the files and paste it in the Ground-folder. make a backup though of your original files

If i remember right they changed how channels works in fs22, i had to tinker the alpha and blue channels because directly imported ends up glossy black.
Don't remember if the aplha channel direct roughness or displacement.
