Ctrl+W to enable guidance, Alt+W to disable or if you use it and don't like lines tap Ctrl+C to go to the mod settings and switch "Draw marker lane of guidance" to never. You can uninstall VCA mod as a downloadable content if don't need it at all

It's the vehicle controls mod, that's the gps guidance.
If you wanna keep the mod just unbind keys.

Just a general tip about modding:
If you're going to enable mods that add new systems to the game, it's usually good to read the description and check your keybinds for overlap between the mods.

Many of these mods utilize the same (easy-access) keybinds by default and you pretty much have to tweak them around if you're going heavy on mods to avoid conflicts between mod features.

Another tip is to have a test farm where can test mods before applying them to any other farm, just in case they mess things up beyond repair.

Adding to this, possibly in a vanilla map.
